Kimberley Welk, LMFT

Clinical Director

Kimberley Welk is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and has been practicing since 2006. She is the owner, CEO, clinical director, and a clinical supervisor for Kimberley Welk and Associates LLC | Family Therapy Center. Kimberley sees clients at the Green Bay office.

Her clientele base is quite diverse. Kim works with individuals, couples, families, and the intellectually disabled. Her approach to therapy is integrative, which allows therapy to be tailored to each individual client. She has training in EMDR therapy, trauma, and PREPARE/ENRICH which is an assessment for premarital and married couples. She has worked with diagnoses such as: depression, anxiety, anger management, grief, parenting skills building, suicide risk, personality disorders and much more.

She is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Stout, where she obtained her Master of Science in Marriage & Family Therapy. Kim has a professional background in in-home therapy, academics as a college professor and student services director, and in private practice. In addition to being a prominent relationship therapist, Kimberley Welk has presented at the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy School Based Mental Health Network, Wisconsin Association for Marriage and Family Therapy, Oxford University, and to general audiences speaking on a variety of topics.
